Club 9

Club 9’s design solution was built around pace and precision. The bar required the ability to pivot between relaxed early-evening service and high-volume nightlife peaks without operational strain. To achieve this, we engineered stations that allow bartenders to work independently while maintaining clear lines of communication. Refrigeration was positioned strategically to reduce unnecessary steps, and dump/wash points were integrated to keep the bar surface clear during busy periods.

The kitchen was developed to complement the bar’s energy and provide rapid-fire menu support. By placing hot and cold prep areas in tight adjacency and aligning equipment capacity with projected service volumes, we ensured the team could meet demand without congestion or cross-flow. Lighting and materials were selected not only for aesthetic impact but also to enhance safety and visibility in fast-paced service.

The final environment enhances Club 9’s brand identity through thoughtful design decisions that prioritise experience over efficiency. The outcome is a bar that performs under pressure, accelerates service speed, and helps boost revenue through operational excellence and guest-centric design.
